12 oz chicken breast
½ teaspoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon salt pepper
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 Seite almond flour tortilla
½ avocado, peeled, seed removed, diced
½ cup canned black beans, drained, rinsed
2 teaspoons chipotle hot sauce
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Season each side of chicken breast with chipotle powder, salt, and black pepper. Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet and roast for about 15-18 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Let cool slightly before chopping.
- Evenly place the chopped chicken, diced avocado, black beans on half of the tortilla. Drizzle chipotle hot sauce. Flip the bare half of the tortilla over the filling part. Place the tortilla into the pan and cook on one side for about 2-3 minutes, or until the tortilla is golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
