30 Minute Zoom Consult for 1:1 Programs with Sarah Wragge
book nowDuring this 30 minute consultation with Sarah you will share an overview of your health history and your goals. Sarah will discuss the roadblocks she sees that are preventing you from meeting them and discuss options for how to work with her and the SWW® team. Our 1:1 private programs begin at $3,500 and up.

Our Program Offerings
The SWW Method®
- Our 6-week online group coaching program offered 3x a year
- You will learn the steps of The SWW Method® and be paired with an SWW® Coach based on your health history.
- Throughout the program you will receive 2 one on one calls with your coach as well as coaching support via our app during office hours
- Virtual calls are weekly on Tuesday nights at 7pm EST. Calls are recorded if you cannot attend
