Do I have to buy the Kroma 5-Day Resets in order to do the SWW® Reset Program?
No, if you do not want to buy additional food/supplies, then we provide you with a cleanse protocol that you can cook entirely on your own at home.
What happens after I purchase the SWW® 4-Week Reset?
Once the product is purchased you will receive an email to kick off your onboarding for this program. Once you complete your onboarding you will be introduced to you coach who will provide all the information you will need to start your 4-week reset.
Is this a fast-mimicking diet?
This is NOT a fasting-mimicking diet. This is a LIFESTYLE program. We do recommend daily fasting for at least 12-16 hours during the program. If you are accustomed to fasting, we recommend following your normal fasting protocol. If you are new to fasting, we recommend fasting for at least 12-16 hours during the program. Dinner by 6 pm (ideally no later than 7 pm) followed by breakfast at least 12 to 16 hours later — between 6 am and 10 am
What are some of the physical benefits that an individual can expect to experience while on the SWW® Reset?

How do I communicate with my coach and how often are they available to me?
During The SWW® Reset program, you will get two Zoom calls with your coach:
- A 45-minute Zoom call to kick off the program during week 1
- A 30-minute Zoom call as a follow-up to your cleanse during week 4.
You will also be messaging and sharing your food journal with your coach daily throughout the 4 weeks with the SWW® app for support, questions, encouragement, tips, and strategies.
Why do I have to keep and share a food journal?
Food journaling is important for promoting mindful eating habits, tracking nutritional intake, identifying patterns, and fostering accountability toward health and wellness goals. Sharing it with your coach enhances accountability, allows them to provide guidance, and facilitates tailored support for achieving health and nutrition goals.
Does this program require a lot of time in the kitchen?
No, you can easily follow the SWW® principles without spending hours in the kitchen. Options for you to do this program include:
- Ordering the Kroma Cleanse
- Buying Kroma individual products
- Buying & cooking all of the cleanse recipes
Is there guidance provided on how to transition back to a healthy diet after the cleanse?
Yes! The SWW® Reset workbook and your coach will share nutritional tips and strategies to ease you and your body back after the 5-day Reset. Remember this is not a fad diet that we are introducing you to; this Reset allows you to detox your body’s pathways, learn healthier habits and create a healthier lifestyle for years to come.
How do I continue with SWW® after the 4-weeks?
We want you to stay in the family. Many clients find the SWW® Reset is the perfect jumpstart they need to get started with one of our SWW® 6 or 12-week private programs or into The Method® which is our 6-week community program. If you are interested in continuing after the 4 weeks you can email us or discuss options with your coach.
Can I do this program if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, we do not recommend doing this program if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. When pregnant and in your first trimester you need adequate caloric intake to facilitate growth - this is not a time to go on a cleanse where your calories may be lower than your usual calories or lower than you and your growing baby need. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and looking to work with an SWW® Coach one-on-one, please book a consultation with Sarah and she will determine if and which SWW® lifestyle program or The SWW Method® is the best fit for you.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Services and other products available by and through the Site are non-refundable. Notwithstanding, and solely in connection with The SWW Method® course, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can request a refund if (i) you initiate the refund request within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, and (ii) you have accessed no more than two (2) videos from the course.
