The best decision, again
This program is real. I had done it two years ago and loved it. I kept many of the practices but some had slipped and I was feeling- dull and sluggish. It felt like a very indulgent choice to repeat the course but it's not a repeat at all. Every time is different! The course speakers are incredible and I so enjoyed listening to them. Sarah finds the best people and they are wellsprings of informed knowledge. The ATE app is the game changer for me. It's so simple and I am so much more aware of patterns and how I feel when I look at the data this way. Im so grateful and 3 weeks in started asking how to extend!
