I launched the new year with a 2-month SWW program that has been transformational. Not only did I lose 15 lbs and build muscle mass but also developed a whole new approach to food and exercise. The program incorporates all aspects of wellness - nutrition, exercise, sleep and emotions - to treat the whole person.
