1 cup dairy free unsweetened yogurt
2 tablespoons Turvani plant based protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup fresh raspberries, blueberries, or sliced strawberries
1/4 cup granola
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds, optional
- In a bowl, mix together the coconut yogurt and protein powder.
- In a 12oz jar or a 16oz cup, layer the berries on the bottom followed by a layer of yogurt, then granola, almond butter, and a few berries. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
- Top with chia seeds, walnuts , and ½ teaspoon maple syrup.
- To eat, mix it all together with a spoon.
