Ingredients:
- 4 nori wraps
- 4 tablespoons of organic hummus
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 8 cucumbers, sliced into thin sticks
- 4 lemon wedges
- Maldon salt to taste
Instructions:
- Lay down all 4 nori wraps
- Spread hummus evenly on all four wraps
- Add a few cucumber sticks, per wrap
- Top with sesame seeds, a sprinkle of Malden salt and a squeeze of lemon
- Wrap up and enjoy!
