Cinnamon Pumpkin Fritters

Serves 4

Cook time 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all ingredients together, well, in large bowl
  3. Spoon out 2 inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined tray
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
