Ingredients:
- 1 cup of organic pumpkin puree
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients together, well, in large bowl
- Spoon out 2 inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined tray
- Bake for 15 minutes
