Creamy Coleslaw

Serves 6
Prep time 20 minutes


Salad Base:

  • 1 cup of carrots, grated
  • 1 cup of kale, thinly sliced  
  • 1/2 a white cabbage head, thinly sliced or grated
  • 1/2 purple cabbage head, thinly sliced or grated
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped  
  • 2 tablespoons of raisins 


  • 1 cup of primal kitchen mayonnaise 
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Before slicing the cabbage, remove outer leaves and take out the core of the cabbage. 
  2. Mix all vegetables together in a large bowl and add dressing. Mix well and keep in fridge until serving.
