Ingredients:
Salad Base:
- 1 cup of carrots, grated
- 1 cup of kale, thinly sliced
- 1/2 a white cabbage head, thinly sliced or grated
- 1/2 purple cabbage head, thinly sliced or grated
- 1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of raisins
Dressing:
- 1 cup of primal kitchen mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Before slicing the cabbage, remove outer leaves and take out the core of the cabbage.
- Mix all vegetables together in a large bowl and add dressing. Mix well and keep in fridge until serving.
