Summer Peach Soda

Summer Peach Soda

Serves 6
Prep time 10 minutes
Cook time 25 minutes 


  • 1 pound of frozen peaches 
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 
  • 1 cup of club soda 
  • 4 drops of monk fruit sweetener (optional)


  • Cook peaches down in a pot until they start to look sticky and caramelized (about 25 minutes) 
  • Let peaches cool
  • Blend caramelized peaches with a hand blender until completely smooth 
  • Add lemon juice 
  • Put in fridge until cold 
  • In a pitcher, add blended peach and club soda
  • Serve over ice if desired 

Optional: if your peaches aren’t sweet enough, add 4 drops of monk fruit sweetener
