Cook time 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of frozen peaches
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 cup of club soda
- 4 drops of monk fruit sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook peaches down in a pot until they start to look sticky and caramelized (about 25 minutes)
- Let peaches cool
- Blend caramelized peaches with a hand blender until completely smooth
- Add lemon juice
- Put in fridge until cold
- In a pitcher, add blended peach and club soda
- Serve over ice if desired
Optional: if your peaches aren’t sweet enough, add 4 drops of monk fruit sweetener
