Pre-Workout Energy Bites

Pre-Workout Energy Bites

Serves 4
Prep time 10 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of blueberries 
  • 1/2 cup of almond meal 
  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter (we used cashew)
  • 6 tablespoons of dried coconut

Instructions:

  • Put blueberries, almond meal and nut butter into a food processor and pulse until dough is formed, about 3 minutes. 
  • Form 2 inch balls of dough and roll in coconut 
  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days
