1 banana frozen
1 cup blueberries frozen
½ cup packed spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon acai powder, sunfoods
Toppings
¼ cup strawberries, sliced
¼ cup blueberries or black berries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons shredded coconut
1 teaspoon honey, optional
- Place banana, frozen berries, spinach, almond milk, ground flax seed, chia seeds, and acai powder into a blender. Blend well until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds and any other toppings. Enjoy right away!
