Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Good Culture lactose free cottage cheese
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup of dill
- 4 cups of fresh spinach
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 scoop of SWW Optimize protein powder
- 1 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a food processor, blend spinach, dill and cottage cheese until smooth
- In a mixing bowl, add mixture and all other ingredients
- Spray cake form with avocado cooking spray
- Pour mixture into form
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through
