INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups of almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large pears, peeled and sliced thinly
- Coconut oil baking spray
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well
- Spray cake mould with coconut oil baking spray
- Pour batter into mould and bake in oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through
