You can tell a lot about someone based on what they carry around in their purse. Healthy? Prepared? Calm? These are all qualities you can deduce based on dumping out the inner contents of a bag. We asked one of our top coaches and manager of our famed SWW Method® program, Rachel Beard, what she keeps in her bag to keep her going even on her busiest days.
- Visp Water bottle—If nothing else, remember to pack your water bottle. Staying hydrated is the minimum thing you can do to achieve your wellness goals. Having one of these filled and ready to go will reduce the urge to buy a sugary drink when thirst hits while you are out running errands. She loves this bottle because it is great for water, and the whisk feature lets her mix a quick protein shake when she has an afternoon full of errands.
- Truvani Single Serves—Speaking of an on-the-go smoothie, Rachel would be remiss not to mention that our favorite SWW® approved protein powder comes in individual packets.
