In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to put ourselves last on the to-do list. But here’s the truth: self-care isn’t selfish—it’s essential. Taking time to nourish your body, mind, and soul allows you to show up as your best self for your loved ones and your goals. We’ve rounded up some of Sarah’s favorite self-care tips to incorporate into your day-to-day
1. Dry Brushing - This is so much more than a spa-like treat for your body. Taking two minutes (that's it!) before you hop in the shower can help you exfoliate for soft, glowy skin. Aside from aesthetics, this ritual will also help improve circulation, minimize bloat, and boost your lymphatic system, allowing you to feel energized and look leaner.
2. SWW® Restore before bed - If you want to make going to bed extra cozy and comfortable, we suggest taking your minerals. This powerful formula will help your body wind down the right way so you fall asleep and STAY asleep.
3. Take a workout class - Signing up for a workout class not only keeps you accountable for getting your sweat on, but it’s also an opportunity to make movement social and fun. Sign up for a favorite, or grab a friend and try a new studio!
4. Unplug with a book - This is a great way to get you to limit screen time at the end of the day. Find a book you can sink your teeth into so you won’t be tempted to scroll your phone or binge-watch TV at the end of the day.
5. Jazz up your water - We constantly harp about hydration, but why not make drinking your water a little more interesting? You can make a pitcher of “spa water” to keep in your fridge with lemon, fruit, or cucumber, OR if you want to really step it up, you can make infused ice with mint or berries for a refreshing and aesthetically impressive beverage.
