Serves 4
Prep time 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 jars of tuna, strained 
 - 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, chopped
 - 1/2 cup of fennel, sliced
 - 1/2 cup of olives, pitted 
 - 1 red onion, sliced
 - 1 cup of English cucumbers, sliced 
 - 1/2 cup of basil, torn 
 - 1/2 cup of dill, chopped
 - 1/4 cup of pine nuts, toasted
 
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and dress with charred lemony dressing
 
Charred lemony dressing:
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon, mature 
 - 1/4 cup of great extra virgin olive oil 
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions:
- Slice lemon in half
 - On a non stick pan, place ur lemon halves and on a medium heat, cook until slightly charred
 - Let lemons cool and then juice them in to a mason jar
 - Add olive oil, salt and pepper in to mason jar and shake well
 - Dress salad
