Serves 4 
Prep time 10 minutes 
Cooling time 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked sweet potato
 - 1/2 cup of dark cacao powder 
 - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup 
 - 1 mango, peeled and cleaned of pit
 
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender
 - Blend slowly until smooth
 - Place in individual cups and cool for at least 20 minutes 
 - When ready to serve, top with confetti
 
Fruit chutney:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of strawberries, diced
 - 1/4 cup of blueberries, diced
 - 1/4 cup of mangos, diced
 
Instructions:
- Mix all diced fruit together and use as a topping for chocolate mousse
