Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 1 can of organic tuna, strained
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 2 tablespoons of primal kitchen mayonnaise
- 2 sprigs of dill, off the stem and chopped
Instructions:
- Using a spoon, gently place eggs in boiling water and leave for 8 minutes
- Cool eggs under cold water and peel
- Slice eggs in half, lengthwise and spoon out yolk
- Place yolk in to a bowl
- Strain tuna and place in the bowl with yolk
- Add mayo, dill and capers
- Using a small spoon, fill egg whites
- Keep in an airtight container
