Tuna Salad Deviled Eggs

Tuna Salad Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 can of organic tuna, strained
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 2 tablespoons of primal kitchen mayonnaise
  • 2 sprigs of dill, off the stem and chopped

Instructions:

  1. Using a spoon, gently place eggs in boiling water and leave for 8 minutes
  2. Cool eggs under cold water and peel
  3. Slice eggs in half, lengthwise and spoon out yolk
  4. Place yolk in to a bowl
  5. Strain tuna and place in the bowl with yolk
  6. Add mayo, dill and capers
  7. Using a small spoon, fill egg whites
  8. Keep in an airtight container
