*This salad is all about the small cut and variety of ingredients with different textures*
Ingredients:
- 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 cucumber, quartered
- 1 cup of organic baked ham, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 green apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup of radishes, sliced
- 1 small can of chickpeas, strained
- 1 cup of iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup of endive, chopped
- 1/4 cup of toasted walnuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix all together in a big mixing bowl and dress with primal kitchen’s creamy ranch dressing.
