Salty hot chocolate:
1 packet LMNT chocolate
8 ounces MALK almond milk or water
Heat up the almond milk or water, add in the LMNT chocolate, whisk and serve.
Protein hot chocolate:
1 scoop Be Well By Kelly chocolate protein powder
8 ounces MALK almond milk
Heat up the almond milk to no more than 120 degrees, add a scoop of the protein powder, whisk and serve.
Supergirl Mocha:
1 tsp MCT oil
6 ounces coffee
Pinch of cinnamon
1 scoop of Be Well by Kelly chocolate protein powder
Splash of coconut milk
Place all ingredients in a blender, whip and enjoy.
Creamy salty hot chocolate:
½ cup full fat canned coconut milk (Native Forest)
½ cup water
1 packet LMNT chocolate
Mix the coconut milk and water and heat. Add in the LMNT chocolate. Froth and serve.
Salty protein hot chocolate:
1 packet LMNT chocolate
1 sachet of green compass collagen
8 ounces MALK almond milk or water
Heat up almond milk / water to 120 degrees. Add in LMNT chocolate and collagen. Froth and serve.
Hot chocolate collagen:
1 scoop Green Compass chocolate collagen
8 ounces MALK almond milk or water
Whipped coconut cream.
Heat up almond milk / water to 120 degrees. Add in collagen. Froth and top with whipped coconut cream.
Kids hot chocolate:
1 cup MALK almond milk
1 tbsp raw coco
½ scoop Be Well by Kelly chocolate protein powder
1 tsp honey
Pinch of cinnamon
Whipped coconut cream
Heat up the almond milk to 120 degrees. Mix in cocoa, protein powder, and honey. Froth. Top with whipped coconut cream and sprinkle with cinnamon
