Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of almonds
 - 1/2 cup of cashews
 - 2 tablespoons of walnuts
 - 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
 - 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
 - 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
 - A pinch of salt
 - 1 egg white, beaten
 - 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
 - In a food processor, add all nuts and pulse gently until coarsely chopped
 - Mix all ingredients together
 - On a parchment paper lined tray, spread mixture out well
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crunchy
