Ingredients:
- 2 cups of zucchini, grated
- 2.5 cups of almond flour
- 4 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons of hemp heart
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325
- In a bowl, add all ingredients except baking powder and soda
- Mix everything well
- Add baking powder and soda
- Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil very well
- Add batter
- Bake for 1 hour
