Wedge Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 heads of iceberg lettuce, quartered
  • 10 pieces of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 3/4 cup of crumbled blu goat cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh onions, sliced
  • Salt and cracked pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Plate lettuce and top with all condiments. Drizzle olive oil and your favorite primal kitchen salad dressing. We used avocado lime
