- 10 pieces of cooked bacon, chopped
- 3/4 cup of crumbled blu goat cheese
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh onions, sliced
- Salt and cracked pepper to taste
