Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 5 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1.5 cups of strawberries
- 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix together all wet ingredients in a large bowl
- Add in all dry ingredients and mix well
- Spray muffin cups, ensuring to get the sides as well
- Fill muffin tins up half way
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
