Ingredients:
Chia layer:
- 1/2 cup of cashew milk
- 1/2 cup of organic pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
Cream layer:
- 1/2 cup of Kite Hill vegan cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together
- In single serving jar, add 1 layer of chia mixture, 1 layer of cream mixture and top with another layer of chia mixture
- Cover and let chill 2-4 hours in the fridge
