Protein Mug Cake

1 egg

⅓ cup elmhurst almond milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon Kroma porridge

¼ teaspoon baking powder

1 scoop Truvani plant based protein powder, vanilla

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons almond butter, for topping

 

  • In a 16 ounce mug using a fork whisk the egg with almond milk and vanilla extract. Then mix in ground flaxseed, baking powder, protein powder, and cinnamon.
  • Cook for 90 seconds to 2 minutes pending the strength of your microwave.
  • Top with 2 teaspoons nut butter
