Ingredients:
1 Persimmon fruit
1/2 Fresh onion
3 Small Endive Heads
1 Cucumber
2 Eggs (soft boiled, 6 minutes)
4 Tablespoons Primal kitchen sesame ginger dressing
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- Slice persimmon fruit thinly, skin on
- Take leaves off of endive head, wash and dry
- Quarter cucumber into 1 inch pieces
- Slice onion thinly
- Put all together and dress with olive oil and dressing, mix well and top with halved eggs
