Peanut Butter Ginger Snaps

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of ginger powder
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl
  3. Line an oven tray with parchment paper
  4. Spoon out a heaping amount of dough on to each tray and flatten to make your cookie
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
