Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 3 tablespoons of ginger powder
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl
- Line an oven tray with parchment paper
- Spoon out a heaping amount of dough on to each tray and flatten to make your cookie
- Bake for 10 minutes
