INGREDIENTS:
- 2 blocks of firm tofu, sliced in to half inch strips
- 4 tablespoons of Primal Kitchen bbq sauce
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (when using a skillet to cook this recipe)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Press tofu to remove any excess liquid
- If you have an air fryer, place strips on a piece of parchment paper and cook 350 for 15 minutes or until crunchy
If you prefer to use a skillet, heat skillet on medium heat for a few minutes until warm. Add olive oil and quickly place tofu strips on pan. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until crunchy and flip.
Brush tofu strips with bbq sauce on both sides
