Omega-3 Protein Smoothie Bowl

1 serving


1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk

¼ C frozen cauliflower rice

¼ C frozen blueberries

1 tbsp. Raw Walnut butter

1 scoop SWW approved protein powder

½ tsp mct powder

½ C ice 

Toppings: Toasted walnuts, fresh berries, cacao nibs 


Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, and add desired toppings and eat immediately!
