Frozen Fat Bombs

Makes 12 servings

 

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup raw honey

1 cup coconut butter

1 teaspoons vanilla extract

½ tablespoon collagen powder

½ lemon, juice, zest

½ cup blueberries

 

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil, honey, and coconut butter. Add the vanilla extract, collagen powder, and lemon juice. Whisk until well combined. Take off the heat.

Pour the mixture into a lined mini muffin. Top each cup with lemon zest and blueberries.

 Freeze for about one hour or until set. Once they are set, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days, or freeze for up to three months.
