Ingredients:
- 1 jar of Rao’s tomato sauce
- 10 basil leaves, torn into pieces
- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a nonstick pan add tomato sauce and olive oil and heat on low until simmering
- Gently crack eggs into tomato sauce, try to avoid breaking the yolk
- Cover and cook until eggs are cooked to your liking
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add basil and serve
