1/3 frozen banana or 1 pitted medjool date

1 Tbs. raw cacao powder

1 Tbs. raw cacao nibs

1 tsp. chia seeds

1 large handful baby spinach

Small handful ice, optional to chill

*optional collagen or chocolate protein powder
