Ingredients:
2 english cucumbers, halved and seeded
1 avocado, diced
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 C chicken bone broth or veg broth
1 scoop collagen
¼ red onion, diced
2 tbsp. good quality olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add some extra fresh herbs on top for garnish and enjoy!
