Cobb Salad with Steamed Shrimp

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of steamed shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons of organic crumbled blu goat cheese
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, quartered
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, quartered

Instructions:

  1. Mix it all together in a big mixing bowl and add your favorite primal kitchen dressing. We like dreamy Italian!
