Cauliflower Porridge

1 Serving


3/4 cup cauliflower rice

1 tablespoon collagen powder

1 1/4 cups coconut milk

1 tablespoon maple syrup

3 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 blood orange, peeled, sliced

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds


Add the cauliflower, collagen powder, milk, and maple syrup to a small pot. Bring the pot to a light boil, and then reduce to a simmer for five to seven minutes stirring constantly. 

Remove the pot from the heat and mix in the chia seeds. Serve the mixture in a bowl.

Top with the blood orange and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!


  • Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
  • No fresh berries can swirl in berry jam or chia jam.
