Ingredients for Broth:
3 tablespoons of Kroma 24K chicken bone broth
8-10 oz of hot water
Ingredients for Dumplings:
3/4 cup of almond flour
3/4 cup of cassava flour
1/4 cup of tapioca flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
4 tablespoons of vegan parmesan
The zest of one lemon
2 thinly sliced scallions, just the green parts
Instructions:
- Add bone broth to simmering water and mix until smooth
- Roll dough into 1 or 2 inch balls and drop into simmering broth and let cook for 4 minutes.
- Repeat to have as many dumplings as desired
- *dough will keep in fridge 3 days
