½ cup cauliflower rice, frozen
½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
½ avocado (½ cup), fresh or frozen
1 scoop Turvani plant based protein powder, vanilla
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 ½ cups non dairy milk
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth for about 1-2 minutes.
