Ingredients:
- 1 head of fennel, sliced thinly
- 1 fresh red onion, sliced thinly
- 2 crunchy apples, peeled, cored and sliced thinly
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons of chick peas
- Mint
Sesame dressing:
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons of coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, place all ingredients and dress with sesame dressing.
