Ingredients:
- 8 dried apricots
- 1 teaspoon of MCT oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons of almonds
- 4 tablespoons of almond butter
- 3 teaspoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of almond flour
- A pinch of salt
- Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients, except sesame seeds, in a food processor and process until smooth
- Spoon out a heaping spoonful of mixture and using your hands, roll in to 2 inch balls
- Continue until mixture is finished
- Roll in sesame seeds
