Serves 4
Prep time 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (15 oz) of chickpeas
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 2 sachets of SWW Alkalize
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of ice water
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients, except ice water, in a blender and blend until smooth
- Slowly add ice water to hummus until hummus seems fluffy and creamy but not too liquid
- Enjoy with crudite!
