Alkalizing Hummus

Alkalizing Hummus

Serves 4

Prep time 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (15 oz) of chickpeas 
  • The juice of 1 lemon 
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini 
  • 2 sachets of SWW Alkalize 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of ice water

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients, except ice water, in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Slowly add ice water to hummus until hummus seems fluffy and creamy but not too liquid 
  3. Enjoy with crudite!
