Our program focuses on sustainable results, providing clients with the tools, support, and education they need to transform their lives through behavioral changes.

Summary:
As The SWW Method® Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and developing lifestyle nutrition plans for a growing roster of 1:1 private clients and for The SWW Method®. This role will work closely with high-level VIP clients and create data-driven plans focused on science.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans for clients
  • Conducting weekly 30-minute follow-up sessions via Zoom
  • Maintaining weekday availability for client communication via email and text, with occasional weekend support
  • Updating client records in the database with accuracy and detail
  • Coordinating with personal trainers and meal prep services as required
  • Utilizing Dexa scans, heart rate monitors, CGMs, and Whoop band analysis to monitor and assess client progress
  • Collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure a holistic wellness approach for clients
  • Participating in weekly internal meetings with Sarah Wragge and the Head of Nutrition
  • Developing strategies to enhance client retention and transition to subscription membership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 hours per week commitment
  • Ability to work virtually within the hours of 9-3 in your time zone.
  • Education: MS Nutrition, Integrative Nutrition Certification (IIN, Nutritious Life preferred)
  • Experience: 2-3 years of coaching experience preferably in a private practice
  • Proven track record of data-based client results with references
  • Ability to review client nutrition choices and make recommendations
  • Ability to read data-driven metrics such as CGM graphs, Oura/Whoop data
  • Ability to think outside the box and anticipate client needs
  • Excellent writing skills, with an eye for proofreading and grammar
  • High competence in all Google Office products
  • Experience using Google Drive, Hubspot, Zoom, and Slack preferred
  • Strong ability to connect with, energize and motivate clients virtually.
