The Starter Bundle

With a pH of at least 7.4, wheat grass puts the alkaline in Alkalize. It reduces your body’s acidity — improving digestion and gut health in the process.

Barley grass is naturally alkaline and brimming with chlorophyll, antioxidants, fiber, and the calming amino acid GABA. Packed into one grass, these support restful sleep and optimal liver health.

Oat grass is proven brain-food, improving cognitive brain function and memory with psychoactive phytochemicals.

Spinach is a proven heart protector, regulating both blood sugar and potentially damaging lipids.

Alfalfa grass juice works as a prebiotic, feeding your good gut bacteria. That means supporting better digestion all day.

Kale is rich in fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C, providing protection for your heart — just like spinach.

The active ingredient in turmeric, curcumin, balances inflammation and enhances immunity. Curcumin also helps shield your cells from the damage of toxins, something biomedical researchers call “oxidative stress.”

45g total protein. Unlike plant-only proteins, animal protein has ample methionine — one of the nine essential amino acids your body needs to build or repair muscle.

45g total protein. One of the essential amino acids lacking in our daily diets — lysine — is plentiful in pea protein isolate. Plus, blending animal and plant proteins means no chalk, foam, or off-putting smell typical of standard powders.

10g total inulin fiber. Inulin fiber is a prebiotic that feeds your good gut bacteria. That means improved digestion and supporting regularity all day. As a fructan, Inulin also lowers blood sugar by regulating hormone levels.

Alkalizing helps to remove some of the acidity of cocoa, while still being rich in antioxidants that prevent cellular damage and potentially help protect against coronary heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders.

Supports bone density

Calcium is an essential mineral, stored in the bones and teeth and plays a necessary role in nerve signaling, muscle contraction, neuromuscular signaling, ATP production and bone mineral density. Calcium citrate is an easily absorbable form.

Reduces stress and induces a state of calm.

Magnesium is an essential electrolyte. Due to magnesium soil depletion and chronic stress, our need for magnesium is greater. It plays an essential role in managing the stress response by supporting GABA release (causing a calming effect in the brain) and inhibiting neuronal excitation. Magnesium glycinate is an easily absorbable form.

Reduces acidity in the body that leads to reflux, bloating and cravings

Sodium is an essential mineral and electrolyte necessary for neuron signaling, muscle contraction, and water retention. Sodium is lost daily through sweat, urination, and elimination. In the form of sodium bicarbonate, it regulates blood pH, alkalizes, supporting acid-base balance, muscle recovery, and enhances muscle performance and endurance.

Improves muscle performance and exercise recovery

Potassium is an essential mineral and electrolyte necessary for neuron signaling, muscle contraction, and maintaining intracellular fluid levels. In the form of potassium bicarbonate it alkalizes, supports acid base balance, glutathione concentration, protein synthesis, athletic recovery and calcium and phosphate reabsorption.

Increases Energy and Decreases Brain Fog

Vitamin B12 is an essential water-soluble vitamin required for methylation, myelin sheath synthesis, cell growth and replication, DNA synthesis, red blood and nerve cell production, and cellular energy. As a result, B12 is necessary for cognitive function and metabolism. Methylcobalamin is the most easily absorbed supplemental form of vitamin B12.

• Helps reduce physiological and psychological stress responses and decreases anxiety-like symptoms.
