What Is Inside and Exactly Why
Organic Turmeric

The active ingredient in turmeric, curcumin, balances inflammation and enhances immunity. Curcumin also helps shield your cells from the damage of toxins, something biomedical researchers call “oxidative stress.”

Alfalfa grass juice works as a prebiotic, feeding your good gut bacteria. That means supporting better digestion all day.

Kale is rich in fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C, providing protection for your heart — just like spinach.

Spinach is a proven heart protector, regulating both blood sugar and potentially damaging lipids.

Oat grass is proven brain-food, improving cognitive brain function and memory with psychoactive phytochemicals.

Barley grass is naturally alkaline and brimming with chlorophyll, antioxidants, fiber, and the calming amino acid GABA. Packed into one grass, these support restful sleep and optimal liver health.

With a pH of at least 7.4, wheat grass puts the alkaline in Alkalize. It reduces your body’s acidity — improving digestion and gut health in the process.

Alkalize is made with seven of the most antioxidant-rich greens, the things your body needs to protect cells from toxins. While we can’t avoid every toxin in modern life, you can count on formidable protection every day with Alkalize.

FAQs

Why is this bundle supportive for GLP-1 users?

GLP-1 medications can suppress appetite and reduce food intake, which may increase the risk of muscle loss and nutrient gaps. Optimize provides 45g of complete protein to support muscle preservation, while Alkalize supports digestion and gut health.
How does Optimize help preserve lean muscle?

Optimize combines animal and plant proteins to deliver all nine essential amino acids, ensuring your body can properly synthesize and use the protein for muscle repair and maintenance.
How does Alkalize support digestion?

Greens act as natural prebiotics, feeding beneficial gut bacteria and supporting regular elimination. This can be especially helpful when appetite or digestion patterns shift.
When should I take these products?

Take Alkalize first thing in the morning before coffee. Use Optimize as your primary meal, post-workout shake, or mini-meal to maintain adequate protein intake throughout the day.
Will this help with energy levels?

Yes. Balanced blood sugar from protein + fiber, combined with reduced inflammation and digestive support from greens, helps minimize energy crashes and maintain stable daily performance.
