And, why don't you feel great? Because around the time a person turns 3 years old they lose the digestive enzymes to break down the lactose from dairy - especially cow's milk.
Yep - your body literally doesn't know how to process those scoops so it stores them as FAT. Not to mention it also causes inflammation in your stomach lining and digestive tract which leads to indigestion, gas, and bloating. Just what you want during bikini season I know.
If you're cruisin' the boardwalk and everyone else is grabbing a scoop - you don't have to feel left out - just opt for sorbet. Yes, it's sugar, but no dairy! Coconut most similarly tastes like real ice cream in my opinion.
