1. Hydration First, Always
Before your feet even hit the floor, drink ½ to 1L of water. You’ve just gone 8 hours without fluid —your body is dehydrated. Leave your SWW® water bottle filled and ready for you on your nightstand, and this becomes a no-brainer.

2. Alkalize Your Morning
