3 oz fresh lime juice
4-6 oz.Organic tequila blanco
½ fresh grapefruit, juiced
1 bottle of Fever tree club soda
Jennifer Fisher spicy salt for the rim
Ice for serving and for cocktail shaker
Garnish with lime slices
Optional for extra spice: sliced jalapeno
Squeeze and measure both the fresh lime juice and grapefruit juice into a small cup and set aside.
Prepare your glasses by coating the rim of each one with lime juice and dip the glass into the spicy salt. Carefully drop in ice into each glass and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, add about ½ C of ice and add both lime and grapefruit juice, along with the tequila. Place the lid on and shake until combined. Pour half of the mixture into each glass. Next, pour half the Fever-Tree Club Soda in each glass. Stir to combine. Add additional garnishes on top of each glass and enjoy!
