*ceviche is all about the quality of the ingredients and the temperature served. Must be served cold
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of sashimi grade sea bass, skinless
- 1/4 a cup of fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons of red onions, thinly sliced
- 4 thin slices of jalapeño
- 3 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped
- 4 tablespoons of fantastic extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 cups of ice cubes
Instructions:
- Slice cucumbers thinly
- Mix together cucumbers, onions, cilantro, avocado, jalapeño and olive oil in a bowl
- Cut fish into strips and then cube into bite sized pieces, put the fish on ice
- When ready to serve, take fish off of ice, dry off if necessary
- Place fish in bowl and add lime juice
- Wait 5 minutes and then add fish to bowl of mixed ingredients
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Serve immediately
