Easy Blender Chocolate Ice Cream

Serves 4-6
Prep time 5 minutes
Freeze time 4-6 hours

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup of cashews 
  • 4 tablespoons of dark chocolate coco powder 
  • 4 tablespoons of honey 

Instructions:

  1. Blend ingredients together in a blender until smooth 
  2. Place in a freeze safe container and freeze until solid
  3. Take out of freezer 45 minutes before serving and top with raspberries
